“Employment gives health, sobriety and morals.  Constant employment and well paid labour produce, in a country like ours, general prosperity, content and cheerfulness” – Daniel Webster.

In CISA operational area there are quite a large number of drop out youths who belong to Schedule Caste/Tribe and economically weaker strata of society. Youth in the age group 18-25 years are either unemployed or work as seasonal labourers in agricultural sector.  A lot of thought was given to mainstream these youth and engage them in some gainful employment and to realize this CISA has initiated vocational education such as tailoring, spoken English & craft. To date, it has provided vocational education to more than 500 youths so as to enable them to lead a better quality life.
